Likes and Dislikes about blogs
My review of two different blog shows how people are all human, but we can live very different lives.
The first blog I checked out TMZ. I am not a Hollywood celebrity fan, so you probably already know this blog was not one I liked. The page was very flashy, with lots of picture and headlines: it's overwhelming. It is for entertainment, and people who like to keep up with celebrity lifestyles will probably love this one. This blog shows celebrities in concerts, going to the Grammy Awards, and other events that everyday working people have probably never attended.
The second blog I reviewed shows a woman and her travels overseas while taking a sabbatical from her law job for a year, and how it turned into a new adventure and job for her. She goes on to write a book, "The Food Travelers Handbook", which is about different foods from around the world. This blog was more reading and had not very many pictures. I would have like to have seen more pictures of her travels, but I love traveling so I love to see different places, so I did enjoy this blog more than the previous blog.
I had heard of blogs, but was not much into reading them, or maybe I did read them and just didn't know it was a blog. I think this blog project has taught me a lot about how to post, or being unable to post a blog, but that is a story for another day. Whether you want to follow celebrities or travel the world, you can be sure of one thing: there is a blog for that.

This assignment was an eye opener for me as well. I didn’t know these were called blogs even though I read them on a daily basis. I see the difference in both blogs and how one can interest the reader more than the other. Especially because images are an attention grabber.
